To unlock The Workshop Lot, you need to meet Burt and pay 100 Coins to reclaim the Lot. Upon reclaiming the land, you need to fight agains Zombie, Conehead Zombie and Barrel Zombie on the waste land. After winning the battle, you get Cherry Bomb as a new Plant.
